How do I install it in Gmail?
Copy the signature here. In Gmail open Settings, See all settings, scroll to Signature, create a signature and paste. Save changes at the bottom.
And in Outlook or Apple Mail?
Outlook: File, Options, Mail, Signatures, then paste into the editor. Apple Mail: Settings, Signatures, add one and paste; switch off 'Always match my default message font' so the styling stays.
Why does the logo need a web address?
An image inside an email is either attached or loaded from a web address. Signatures use the second, so the picture must already be on a website. Leave the field empty for a text-only signature, which also avoids the 'images blocked' notice.
