QR menu sign
A sign with a QR code that opens your menu, in the languages your guests speak.
- Runs in the browser. The address is not uploaded; it is kept only if saving is allowed on this device.
- The sign picks up the name, logo and colours from the Wi-Fi card and house rules tools.
- Prints on A6, A5, A4 or a 10×15 photo frame, or as several to a sheet.
Questions
Does the menu have to be on my own website?
No. Any address works, including a PDF in cloud storage. Your own page is easier to update, because the code on the sign stays the same when the menu changes.
What if the menu address changes later?
The printed code points to the exact address it was made from, so a new address needs a new sign. Keep the address stable: update the file behind it instead of moving it.
How big should the code be?
At A6 and up the code is large enough for a phone to read from a table's distance. Print it dark on light, and keep the white margin around it.
